Topic: Sharing Session with Orang Asli of Kuala Langat

Featuring representatives of the Kampung Orang Asli Busut Baru community - located next to Hutan Simpan Kuala Langat Utara (HSKLU) - and moderated by Ili Nadiah Dzulfakar of Klima Action Malaysia (KAMY), this panel session marks the FIRST TIME that the Orang Asli villagers have spoken directly to the people in the absence of the media.

The 14% Project is privileged to serve as a platform for Ms. Rosnah Senin and Mr. Faizul Kamal to share their narratives and insights on the status quo of government policy on Indigenous rights. As individuals who have been front and centre at the issue of Indigenous land expropriation, their remarks are critical to building awareness and understanding.
